We have read Oliver's vegetables and taken part in fruit and veg printing, had a role play farm shop, visited Bedford's fruit and veg shop (where we were complimented on our excellent behaviour), planted potatoes and made chips. It was a fantastic week!
Dressing up fun!
Our Reception classes have been investigating their senses this week. This has linked nicely to our story Monstersaurus where Monty the inventor uses smelly socks in his potion.
This will now take place on Friday 9th March.
School will open again on Monday 5th March due to an improvement in the weather and road conditions. Please ensure children have their coats, gloves, hats and appropriate footwear with them.
Our children are loving all the extra-curricular clubs we have on offer this term.
Lego, Multi-skills, Agility, Dance, Yoga, Phonics, Computing and Dance.
So many opportunities for the children to learn new skills.
So many mysterious monsters have appeared in the Reception classes this term for our new topic.
A huge thank you to all the parents/carers who have helped the children to creat their monsters, they are absolutley amazing!
Fantastic achievements for our Reception children. Lots of awards presented in our last celebration assembly. Well done everyone.
